ADP aimed to create an employee retention platform to provide insights and recommend applications to meet the demands of large enterprises while simplifying workflows for non-technical HR professionals.

Solution

Spearheaded a redesign of ADP’s HR management tools, resulting in a 20% reduction in user errors and a 35% improvement in workflow efficiency for enterprise clients.

Process and Decisions

  • Worked closely with the client to conduct extensive interviews with enterprise clients to understand pain points, particularly in employee retention and employee services.

  • Took a human-centered approach to create a stepped Q&A experience to uncover insights around employee retention in order to recommend appropriate applications.
